Dr. Ir. Paristianti Nurwardani
Indonesia
Dr. Paristiyanti Nurwardani is a prominent figure in the Indonesian higher education sector, currently serving as the Secretary of the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology (Dikti) at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia. With a robust academic background, she holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bogor Agricultural University, a Master’s from Universitas Brawijaya, and a Doctorate from the same institution. Throughout her career, Dr. Paristiyanti has played a significant role in shaping national education policies and enhancing the quality of learning across Indonesian higher education institutions.
Her professional journey includes several key positions, such as Director of Learning (2015–2020), where she focused on improving learning standards, and Director of the Polytechnic Education Development Project (PEDP), a collaboration with the Asian Development Bank. She has also worked as a diplomat at the Indonesian Embassy in Manila, where she strengthened educational ties between Indonesia and the Philippines. Additionally, Dr. Paristiyanti has served as the Deputy Director of SEAMOLEC, promoting open and distance learning in Southeast Asia, and as a consultant for the World Bank’s BERMUTU Program, aimed at improving education systems in Indonesia. Her extensive experience and leadership in various educational initiatives have significantly contributed to the development and improvement of vocational and higher education in Indonesia.

As a visionary educational leader, Dr. Maningas has developed and executed strategic plans aimed at academic excellence. Her ability to envision and realize long-term organizational goals is matched by her skill in designing and implementing professional development programs for educators, promoting a culture of lifelong learning and continual improvement. Her exceptional verbal and technical writing capabilities enable her to effectively communicate organizational goals to a wide range of stakeholders, fostering successful collaborative relationships.
Dr. Maningas is the Vice President for Philippine Quality Award Administration of the Philippine Society for Quality, a national quality assurance organization and has been recognized for her volunteerism and dedication to quality practices with awards such as the Miguel Unson Award and Angel Opena Award. Also, she is currently the President of Blockchain Education Consortium of the Philippines – Laguna. Also, she is one of the three Filipinos who were accepted to be part of the International Academy for Quality as an Associate Member. Currently, she is the Vice President for Academics of California Metropolitan University.

Dr. Sri Devi Aynaru is one of the distinguished plenary speakers at this year’s 8th SPUP International Interdisciplinary Research Conference (IIRC8). With over 18 years of unwavering dedication to education, Dr. Aynaru has emerged as a global leader in innovative academic development and international collaboration. She is the founder and director of SMS Phoenix Global in Malaysia and the visionary behind SMS Phoenix International Academy Inc. and RSE Academy in the Philippines. Holding a Doctorate in Education from the City University of Paris, a Master’s in Discipline Management from UNISEL, and a degree in Malay Language and Linguistics from University Putra Malaysia, Dr. Aynaru brings a unique blend of academic excellence and real-world application to her work.
Dr. Aynaru’s track record of accomplishments and innovation includes the integration of outcome-based education, cross-cultural immersion, and industry-responsive training models, including robotics and on-the-job training (OJT). She is currently spearheading language and robotics training centers in Vietnam and Bali, overseeing immersion programs in India, and facilitating international medical student enrolments in the Philippines and Malaysia. Her expertise spans postgraduate education, program accreditation, and discipline-focused workshops, making her a dynamic advocate for strategic global partnerships in education. Driven by her mission to nurture future leaders through innovative and high-quality education solutions, Dr. Aynaru continues to inspire transformative change across borders.
