Dr. Stephen Redillas is a distinguished academic, sustainability advocate, and leadership expert whose work bridges ethical leadership, human resource development, and environmental stewardship. He currently serves as a faculty member of the Ateneo Graduate School of Business (AGSB), where he teaches Leadership, Ethics, and Human Resource Management, contributing significantly to the formation of values-driven and socially responsible business leaders.
Dr. Redillas earned his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of South Australia, where he strengthened his expertise in organizational leadership and sustainabilityoriented management. Further advancing his commitment to sustainable development and global leadership, he is currently pursuing postgraduate studies at the Institute for Sustainability Leadership of the University of Cambridge, deepening his engagement with innovative and future-focused sustainability practices.
Beyond academia, Dr. Redillas serves as the Senior Director of the Planning and Operations Department and Lead of the Sustainability Program at Colegio de San Juan de Letran Calamba. In this role, he spearheads initiatives that integrate sustainability principles into institutional planning and operations, championing Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks and advocating for greater corporate transparency and sustainable development practices in the Philippines.
A respected figure in sustainability and ethical governance, Dr. Redillas is also affiliated with the Dominican Order (OP) and actively supports environmental sustainability initiatives within educational and civic communities. Through his scholarly engagements and professional leadership, he continues to inspire institutions and individuals toward responsible leadership, sustainable innovation, and meaningful social
transformation aligned with the demands of an evolving global future.
